I was skeptical about the self-cleaning function until I ran it a few times—now I just set the 24-hour timer before closing the bar and it's spotless by morning. The inlet and drain pipes made hookup a breeze, and that 352-pound daily output keeps up with our busiest weekends without a hiccup.

The 40 cubes in 20 minutes thing is no joke — I filled two coolers for a party before the guests even showed up. The large storage bin means I'm not constantly refilling it, and the self-clean cycle actually saves me a lot of scrubbing.

The self-cleaning feature is genuinely convenient—haven't had to scrub a single buildup. It pumps out those square cubes quickly, easily handling a full party's worth of drinks.
